Transformation challenges are designed to give you all the tools and structure you need to be successful at changing you physique, lifestyle, and health providing skills and tips along the way that will last beyond 12 weeks of the challenge.

RULES AND PROCESS

ENROLMENT PERIOD

There is a 7 day enrolment period for the challenge. You must complete the challenge enrolment form and ensure you have purchased the program to begin the same day as upcoming challenge.

SET YOUR GOALS

After you’ve enrolled, set your goal. Whether you train at home or in the gym, set a goal that is important to you. That’s what counts - you against you! Our coaches will then create your personalized program.

CHALLENGE PERIOD

When the challenge begins, upload your first image and week 1 measurements. Do this each week, so that by the end of the challenge period you’ll have at least 12 images and measurements. This tracks your progress and helps with judging.

JUDGMENT PERIOD

There is a 5 day grace period for challenge members to upload their final images and measurements. The judging period then takes about 2-3 weeks.

WINNER

The overall winner will receive a prize package valued at $300 dollars
