PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Unlock your highest potential with private training. This highly customized training method addresses specialized health and fitness goals and needs. 

 

This coaching style is for you if you require advanced training methods, have some big fitness goals (maybe running your first marathon), you’re an athlete or are requiring rehabilitation for an injury. 

 

How it works: 

  • Initial consultation to figure out where you’re at and what your goals are

  • Injury assessment (if applicable)

  • Custom program is created based on your current level and fitness goals

  • Each session we asses how you’re feeling, where things are at, and adjust the session accordingly

 

Includes: 

  • Training sessions at a private personal training gym (virtual training available through Zoom)

  • Custom program is created based on your current level and fitness goals

  • FMT stretching sessions as needed

  • Coordination with physiotherapist if required (applicable for injury rehabilitation or athlete training) 

  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching tips and adjustments

 

What you need: 

  • Motivation and commitment to get into the gym multiple times a week
