Initial consultation to figure out where you’re at and what your goals are
Custom program is created based on your current level, fitness goals, access to gym equipment and lifestyle
Each week we jump on a call for a quick check in to see how things are progressing
Based on the outcome of that call, your program is adjusted and edited to keep you on track to reach your goals
Includes:
Access to Trainerize app where you will access your training program, progress photos will be stored and we can chat 24/7
Weekly call check-in to see how you’re doing with the program
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching tips and adjustments

What you need:
Motivation to get into the gym multiple times a week
Access to some sort of gym equipment, if you’re on the road regularly don’t worry I can customize the program to fit what you have access to
